Registration fees for the General Admission ticket to Experience London 2025 are as follows:

• Register by 30 April - £325.00 GBP + VAT
• Register by 31 July - £475.00 GBP + VAT
• Register by 26 September - £625.00 GBP + VAT
• Register After 26 September - £815.00 GBP + VAT

The fee includes access to all conference open sessions, activities, and group meals offered during the 2-day event.

There are no 1-day passes available.

The following forms of payment are accepted: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. There is also an option to pay via invoice. If you chose to pay via invoice, payments must be completed in full via Credit Card, ACH, or Wire 14 days prior to the start of the first day of Experience London.

Payment is required to complete your registration.

Our “Pay By Invoice” option allows registrants to purchase the tickets for Experience 2025 upfront and pay via ACH, Wire or Credit Card within 14 days prior to the first day of Experience 2025. Here’s how it works:

1. Selection of Pay By Invoice: During the checkout process, individuals should choose the “Pay By Invoice" option instead of paying immediately via credit card. When completing the registration through this option, the Invoicing Information fields should contain details about who the invoice should be sent to for payment. The buyer information fields should be the details about the individual attending the event.
2. Invoice Issuance: After selecting this option, individuals will receive an invoice in their registration confirmation email which will detail the amount due in GBP, VAT, and the payment terms.
3. Payment Terms: All individuals must pay their invoice 2 weeks before the first day of Experience 2025 at the latest. Failure to pay the invoice within this time frame will result in not being able to attend Experience 2025.
4. Invoice Payment: Individuals are expected to pay the amount by the due date stated on the invoice. Payment can be made through credit card, SWIFT, SEPA, or wire transfer.

  Full refunds are available.
• From 2 August 2025 - 2 September 2025:
  Cancellations will receive a 50% refund.
• On or after 3 September 2025:
  No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

Yes, you can transfer your General Admission ticket. contact us with your transfer request.

Experience London allows group registration. You can purchase up to 10 General Admission tickets per order. The purchaser will be prompted to enter their order and payment information. After filling out order and billing information, a message will appear on screen to complete registration. At this point in the process, the tickets have been purchased and are associated with the order placer, but they are not yet assigned to anyone.

A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the order placer. Order placer can complete the registration and assignment of their tickets right from the screen by pressing “OK” button, which takes them directly to the manage order page. Alternatively, the order placer can access the manage order page later from the link in their confirmation email.

Make sure to assign all tickets purchased prior to the event. Tickets purchased and not assigned or in the order placer’s name but never reassigned effectively are not valid tickets to the event and will not be able to access or check into the event.

The cancellation policy, in the FAQs, applies to group registrations.

Yes, Nexthink is pleased to offer complimentary registration (£0.00) for government employees who are allowed to receive it. The government employee price is available to all employees of national, state, or local governments or government-owned corporations, where allowed by applicable laws, regulations, and guidance.

To receive this special rate, please email experience@nexthink.com from your official government email address. Our Experience Team will verify your eligibility and provide a registration code once verified.

Experience London does not include a formal on-site training session.

You can find a quick “Agenda at a Glance” right on the home page. For full session details, click Agenda in the menu. We’ll keep adding new sessions as the event approaches, so check back often for the most up-to-date schedule.

We will not be providing a virtual component.

The mobile app will be launched approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Registered attendees will receive an email with instructions at that time.

We have secured a limited number of rooms at the venue, InterContinental London – The O2. The link to reserve your room at the InterContinental – The O2 is in is in the venue section as well as included in your registration confirmation email. Rooms are expected to fill up quickly, so we recommend securing your accommodation arrangements at your earliest convenience.

Yes—continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and receptions will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please connect with us if you have dietary restrictions.
