If you chose to pay via invoice, payments must be completed in full via Credit Card, ACH, or Wire 14 days prior to the start of the first day of Experience London.

Our “Pay By Invoice” option allows registrants to purchase the tickets for Experience 2025 upfront and pay via ACH, Wire or Credit Card within 14 days prior to the first day of Experience 2025. Here’s how it works:

Yes, you can transfer your General Admission ticket. contact us with your transfer request.
Experience London allows group registration. You can purchase up to 10 General Admission tickets per order. The purchaser will be prompted to enter their order and payment information. After filling out order and billing information, a message will appear on screen to complete registration. At this point in the process, the tickets have been purchased and are associated with the order placer, but they are not yet assigned to anyone.
A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the order placer. Order placer can complete the registration and assignment of their tickets right from the screen by pressing “OK” button, which takes them directly to the manage order page. Alternatively, the order placer can access the manage order page later from the link in their confirmation email.
Make sure to assign all tickets purchased prior to the event. Tickets purchased and not assigned or in the order placer’s name but never reassigned effectively are not valid tickets to the event and will not be able to access or check into the event.
The cancellation policy, in the FAQs, applies to group registrations.
Yes, Nexthink is pleased to offer complimentary registration (£0.00) for government employees who are allowed to receive it. The government employee price is available to all employees of national, state, or local governments or government-owned corporations, where allowed by applicable laws, regulations, and guidance.
To receive this special rate, please email experience@nexthink.com from your official government email address. Our Experience Team will verify your eligibility and provide a registration code once verified.

Experience London does not include a formal on-site training session.

The mobile app will be launched approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Registered attendees will receive an email with instructions at that time.

We have secured a limited number of rooms at the venue, InterContinental London – The O2. Rooms are expected to fill up quickly, so we recommend securing your accommodation arrangements at your earliest convenience.
